Returns

Pro Telecom Supply sells  commercial products wholesale direct.   As we sell wholesale direct with substational price savings.,  

Most products may be returned to ProTelecomSupply within 15 days of purchase. Returned items must be in New Condition and Unopened. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase return the unwanted product within 15 days from the original invoice date. Product returns subject to industry standard 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Returns must be pre approved by sending a request to  RMA@protelecomsupply.com  Items recieved without an RMA approval will not be credited. 

May I return an item in exchange for a different product?

No. We do not exchange product returns for different items. Manufacturer policies require replacement with the same make/model originally purchased. If the return policy period for a refund has not yet expired, you can request an RMA Refund (subject to 20% restocking fee), order a new item, and we will refund your original purchase after we receive your returned product. 


What is the return policy for software?


Licensing and copyright restrictions prohibit software returns. Please thoroughly research features and compatibility to ensure software purchases meet your requirements. Defective media must be exchanged directly with the software publisher.

Defective items

Defective items are eligible for repair/service or exchange directly through the Original Equipment Manufacturer at no cost to you.
Please contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer for warranty entitlement policies. Returns due to technical malfunction can only be accepted on items diagnosed defective by the Original Equipment Manufacturer's Technical Support Department.
Product returns result in unavoidable shipping costs paid to freight carriers and restocking or handling fees charged by the manufacturer. These charges provide no benefit to ProTelecomSupply.com and are entirely beyond our control. The ProTelecomSupply.com Customer Care team stands ready to assist with manufacturer's warranty service, exchange and repair if any item proves defective.


 A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items. Shipping charges are not refunded.  Printers and related products havea 30% restock fee due to MFG Restrictions. Software, licenses and support are not refundable.  Special order items and parts are not returnable.  Product returns are refunded in original payment method or store credit depending on item type.   Please contact your sales rep for more information before purchase to verify return information on the product you are interested in.  All returns must be accompanied by an RMA #  please contact RMA@ProTelecomSupply.com to start your return process.  Items sent to us without an RMA # may not be processed and will be returned to the customer.  Buyer pays all return shipping. RMA'sProducts that are defective within 30 days of purchase may have a request submitted to rma@ProTelecomSupply.com for replacement. After 30 days defective merchandise requests should be submitted to the applicable manufacturer. Staff at ProTelecomSupply may be able to assist you in your repair/replacement request. Please contact repair-help@ProTelecomSupply.com if you would like assistance in obtaining replacement assistance. • Products are to be returned in original box and in new and unused condition. 
• All cords, power supplies, CD’s books, etc. must be included. 
• Some items may not be returned if the manufacturer seal is broken, contact us for details before purchase.
• RMA number must appear on outside of shipping box. 
• Product must be packed properly in shipping box.

Mobotix products purchased from ProTelecomSupply.com  are covered under our Premier Product Service Policy.  Customers can contact ProTelecomSupply to handle RMA  issues for the full manufacture warranty period of 2 years.  Please contact customer service for more information on this program.
