The QNAP VioStor NVR Network Video Recorder can be used to manage the viewing, recording, playback, and control of up to 24 IP cameras. Most major brand network cameras are supported including those from Axis, ACTi, Arecont Vision, and Sony. To accommodate the latest IP camera technologies, this NVR supports H.264, MPEG-4, MxPEG, and M-JPEG video compression methods as well as up to 8 megapixel resolution.
