The Vivotek PT7137 Pan/Tilt Network Camera (WLAN), with a board lens (4.0 mm) and a 1/4" CMOS image sensor, offers high-quality images with a 640 x 480 resolution at up to 30 fps. It compresses data in real-time using MPEG-4, thus offering higher frame rates in low-bandwidth. With a minimum illumination of 1.5 lux at f/2.0, the camera delivers clear images even in low light conditions.
Auto white balance adjusts the red and blue signals in the MWB mode by taking a standard white color reference to get the most natural colors. Automatic gain control adjusts the signal strength to maintain a constant brightness level.
The network camera allows for indoor surveillance and mobile remote monitoring on 3G cellular phones or any RTSP (Real Time Streaming Protocol) compatible media device. The camera can also be accessed via standard browser or software. 3GPP support enables you to monitor the camera even while on the go via 3GPP enabled cell phones.
Triple-window motion detection customizes the motion detection system to only monitor specific areas. The camera also has a built-in 802.11b/g wireless WLAN.
