Shiping Information

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of ordering. Special order items may require additional lead time. Pro Telecom Supply ships products wholesale direct and many of our products ship directly from the manufacturer or a manufacturer's logistics service. While we do our best to ensure accurate inventory levels and current available products, there may be instances where a product has become discontinued and is no longer available to order. In these rare instances you will be notified as soon as possible with no charge to you..

Payment Info

Pro Telecom Supply will at time of purchase place an authorization on your credit card or paypal account at time of purchase. This is not a charge and simply puts a hold on the funds. Once an orders items is allocated and available to ship, we will then charge the amount due and capture the funds. If an order is cancelled while an authorization is pending, we will release the funds immediatly and the hold removed per your bank/cards procedures.

Restocking Fees

All returns are subject to a 20% restock fee. This fee is to recover the costs involved in processing your order and in most cases the shipping costs we have incurred in fullfillling your order. We are additionally charged processing and handling fees by the vendors whom we represent and the restock fee partially covers these costs.
We try to provide the best possible service and value to our customers but in order to offer the products at the low pricing we are known for, these fees ensure we do not operate at a loss for returned transactions.
If you are unsure about any product before placing an order, please contact us by phone or email before purchase and we will do our best to determine if the product is right for your application. Our goal is to give you the best possible products at fair and low prices.

Pricing

We offer everyday low pricing and often are able to offer discounts and specials. We have made a corporate policy to not offer a low price guarantee program. We feel that many companies on the web sell on price only and offer no service, support, or value to customers. Returns

Most products may be returned to ProTelecomSupply within 15 days of purchase. Returned items must be in new condition and unopened. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items. Software, licenses and support are not refundable. Printers and Print Media have a 30% restock fee due to Manufacturer restrictions Please contact your sales rep for more information.

RMA

Products that are defective within 15 days of purchase may have a request submitted to [email protected] for replacement. After 15 days defective merchandise requests should be submitted to the applicable manufacturer. Staff at VoIPModo may be able to assist you in your repair/replacement request. Please contact [email protected] if you would like assistance in obtaining replacement assistance.

  • Products are to be returned in original box.
  • All cords, power supplies, CD’s books, etc. must be included.
  • Associated Penalty Charges will apply for missing parts.
  • RMA number must appear on outside of shipping box.
